November

The month of November has been a busy one!

We decided to go Green for Black Friday and to donate 10% of our profits from Friday 27th's sales to a lovely cause. The @treesforlifeuk charity is focused on the essential and wonderful mission to protect the wilderness of Scotland by ‘revitalising wild forest in the Highlands of Scotland, providing space for wildlife to flourish and communities to thrive’. Green Friday is about ‘getting active and healthy, having fun and being out in nature as well as spending time with friends and family. And finally, to give, share and invest in others and worthwhile causes.’ greenfriday.org.uk

We are so happy to contribute to such a worthwhile cause.

We also launched a new product! We partnered with the wonderful @ome.home and his Orb Terrarium Kit is now available on our website! It makes us so excited to collaborate with other plant-loving small businesses.

We also spent a fun and inspiring day working with the super creative Michael from Common Folk. Expect some beautiful new product photography on our site! Along with some more new products very soon...

Finally, we started a series called 'What do plants mean to you?’. Along with pictures of your terrarium creations or your favourite plants we would love to hear what you think! Andrea's husband Lee is more of a tree guy and when she asked him what having plants means to him he said that it brings him a feeling similar to when he meditates; it brings him joy, calm and a feeling of being in nature. This avocado tree has been with the couple for 2 years now and Lee helped it grow from the seed!
