This month has been exciting at UK Terrariums Lusan. We moved into a space in the amazing Leith Collective in Edinburgh. Leith Collective is a retail space in Ocean Terminal which supports over 100 makers and artists from the local community. We are beyond excited to be able to sell our lovely terrariums in real life, and in such a wonderful environment!Daniela created some beautiful bespoke pieces for Leith Collective, which truly showcase how creative you can get with your terrariums! We love plants and the planet, and are committed to doing our best to reduce waste and use eco friendly products wherever we can. We have opted to use plant-based@vegware bags and recyclable labels and cardboard boxes to package your orders. Our Lusan labels, printed guides and tissue paper are also printed on responsibly sourced and recyclable materials. Where we need to add some extra cushioning to protect your order we always reuse packing materials we have received from suppliers, so that no extra materials are needed. After sharing last month a bit about the backstory of UK Terrariums, we would like to share with you some exciting updates we have worked on recently! We worked with Amy @beginstudio on a rebranding and have a beautiful new website, logo, packaging materials and even a new name: Lusan UK Terrariums. As you may know we are based in Edinburgh, and we wanted to celebrate being a small Scottish business. ‘Lusan’ means ‘plant’ in Scottish Gaelic, and once we heard it, we just knew that it was perfect for us!
